Company Locations
Optimize the Quality Manual to suit the number of your company's physical locations and their management style.
Ideally the Quality Manual is configured to align with your procedures.
"Single location" means that the documentation is optimized for companies with a single physical location OR multiple locations that are all centrally controlled.
Choose it if you are unsure what to select.
"Multiple sites" means that the documentation is optimized for companies that have more than one physical location with independent or semi-autonomous local management.

Documentation Structure
We offer two different structures for our documentation, both of which meet all ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
Ideally the Quality Manual is configured to align with the documentation structure of your procedures.
"Process structure" means the documentation is structured and numbered according to our own, unique system.
This structure is particularly user-friendly and efficient.
"Standard structure" means the documentation is structured and numbered like the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
This structure simplifies the integration with other ISO standards (eg, ISO 14001), making it the ideal choice for companies planning to integrate ISO 9001 with one or more other ISO standards during the next 2-3 years.
It's the ideal choice for companies that aren't using our procedures.
