Online Training

If you would like a full refund for an online course, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Refund requests for online courses can only be accepted if you have not completed the course.

Do-It-Yourself Tools

Our Do-It-Yourself tools, including the ISO 9001 Certification Toolkit, come with free updates within 5 years of your purchase. This means that if a new revision of ISO 9001 is released, you'll receive the necessary updates to ensure compliance at no additional cost. To request a free update, simply contact us within 5 years of your purchase and provide your purchase receipt. It's important to note that free updates are not available for training courses and review services.

MyDraw Software

You'll always have the latest version of MyDraw without any extra effort. The software is automatically upgraded to the next paid version for free. All you need to do is click "update" and you'll have access to all the new features and improvements.

Product Delivery, Shipping and Expiration

We want to make sure you have a clear understanding of how our products and services are delivered. Here's a breakdown:

Do-It-Yourself Tools

You'll receive immediate access to our Do-It-Yourself tools through a digital download. It's important to note that download files will be available for 10 days. Therefore, we advise downloading and saving your files within that timeframe.

Consulting Services

Remote consulting services can be scheduled to commence as early as 1 week from the date of payment, while on-site services can be scheduled to start after 3 weeks. We will contact you to confirm your preferred dates or to agree on another mutually convenient schedule.

Our Document Review can commence immediately and will be completed within 1 week. We will contact you upon your purchase with instructions. Please note that access to the Document Review Service expires after 6 months.

Online Training

Once you've completed payment, you'll immediately receive an email with login instructions to access our online dashboard where you can access your purchased courses and take the training or enroll other learners. Course access last for 3 months from the day of enrollment but can be extended upon request for a nominal fee. If you purchase a course for someone else, please enroll the learner within 12 months.

Custom Training

Video Courses & Learning Guides

Our DVD courses and printed learning guides will be shipped within 1 business day. You'll have the option to choose between free shipping within the USA or discounted shipping for international destinations, as well as various express shipping methods. Please note that we ship worldwide from the USA and that shipments to international destinations may be subject to custom duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. Any such duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

You are authorized to use the DIY tools on an unlimited number of computers within the same company/organization. Additionally, you have the freedom to make any necessary modifications to the ISO 9001 templates to fit your company's unique circumstances, including replacing our logo with your own.

Consulting Services

Our on-site and remote consulting services are licensed for a single company/organization. If we are preparing ISO 9001 documentation as part of our services, you are authorized to make any modifications necessary.

Online Training

Online training is designed and licensed for individual learners only. Please purchase one course per learner to ensure compliance.

Custom Training

Regardless of whether your training is conducted on-site or remotely, it is designed and licensed for a single company/organization.

Video Courses & Learning Guides

The DVD version of our video training is licensed for use at one physical site of a single company/organization. To show a DVD course at another location or company/organization, an additional DVD must be purchased. The DVD version may not be copied, uploaded to another medium, or electronically transmitted. The Network/LMS version of our video courses and learning guides may be uploaded to an LMS, corporate network, or intranet, but access must be restricted to employees of a single company/organization. Printed learning guides may not be copied or scanned.

MyDraw Software

Each software license permits use by one user on one computer. Transferring the license from one computer to another is allowed and straightforward. As 9001Simplified is an authorized Nevron reseller for MyDraw software, the Nevron End-User License Agreement applies.

Our DVDs are region-free and compatible with any standard DVD player or DVD computer drive worldwide. The Network/LMS version of our video courses and learning guides can be uploaded to most LMS and corporate networks, but we recommend consulting with your IT department first to ensure compatibility. The network version of our video courses comes as MP4 file, while the learning guides come as PDF file.
